Nicky Newman is a Cape Town based photographer and documentary filmmaker. The series shot at the Pavilion in Sea Point, called A Place of Water has been placed in a number of international competitions and awards and exhibited both locally and in London.

She has recently launched a range of photographic greeting cards based on this series as well as some images from her portfolio, in two sizes, A5 and A4 that can be used either as cards, or can be framed as images for the wall.

Aptly named Lighten Up Pictures, Nicky's images reflect the joyful and playful side of life.
