Shipping Policy

How our shipping works.

Our delivery times are within 3 working days for main city centres and within 5 working days for outlying areas.

BaliBali Online wants to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

When do we start counting days? It depends on your payment method:

  • EFT and Pay-in-Store payments - The next working day after payment has been received.

Confirmation email:

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier service.

Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of BaliBali Online due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.

Orders below R350.00 are charged a shipping rate of R85.00 anywhere in South Africa.

Orders over R350.00 are shipped FREE anywhere in South Africa.

What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all international orders.  Available options will be presented at checkout.

Duties and Taxes

On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed for duty and taxes depending on the country. Please contact your Customs Office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
